To provide context for the rest of the paper, we feel it is important to describe our team, or, why we are the right group to build this product, and what about our qualifications and experience can lead to a world class product.

It is also important to be clear about who are the investors and backers of the project. Investors are generally first to receive a token allocation, and being transparent about who holds what should allow for people to better do their own research regarding the motives of those helping build Gora.

Finally, we have seen how the jurisdiction a project is regulated in can have an effect on holding the individuals behind the project accountable. This section will go over why we chose to incorporate in the jurisdiction that we did, and what laws are there to protect against fraud, negligence or general mismanagement.
